JONATHON WEBBER (DIRECTOR)

jonathon- webberJonathon is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Federal and High Courts of Australia and has worked in the area of commercial litigation on the Gold Coast since 1996.

Jonathon is recognised by the Queensland Law Society as an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation with particular emphasis on property disputes. Jonathon has appeared in most of the Courts and Tribunals in Queensland, the Full Federal Court and the High Court of Australia. This has given Jonathon an intimate understanding of Court processes and the strategies involved in efficient and cost effective dispute resolution.

Jonathon has extensive experience in technical and complex contractual matters, land and property disputes, industrial relations, complex debt recoveries, body corporate disputes and general risk management.

EMMA ANDERSON (ASSOCIATE)

Emma is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Federal and High Courts of Australia.

Emma acts in all types of commercial disputes, including contract disputes, commercial property disputes, building and construction disputes, body corporate matters, debt recovery and enforcement, and intellectual property disputes.

Emma was admitted as a solicitor in April 2012. Emma also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Communication and Relationship Studies and International Studies.

MARTIN DANIEL (DIRECTOR)

martin-danielMartin is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Federal and High Courts of Australia and has practised in commercial litigation for over 15 years.

Martin is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation and acts in all types of commercial disputes. Martin can provide specialised services in matters involving all forms of construction disputes and has assisted many local and national property developers, sub-contractors and home owners in resolving building contract issues.

Martin holds a Masters Degree in Intellectual Property Law and has gained experience in many forms of intellectual property disputes including trademarks, copyright and confidential information. Martin has spent a number of years working in London within the financial services sector. During this time Martin gained extensive experience with a variety of banking, investment and financial disputes. Martin has also acted in a number of taxation disputes regarding the application of the Goods and Services Tax.

BENJAMIN O’BRIEN (LAWYER)

Benjamin is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Federal and High Courts of Australia. Benjamin was admitted to practice in 2015 and is experienced in all areas of commercial disputes including contracts, debt recovery, property and land, consumer law and building and construction.

 

Benjamin has a particular passion for complex and technical disputes and for resolving such disputes in an effective and cost-efficient manner for the benefit of his clients.
